Job Description

Support the Retail Manager in leading the onboard sales team. This role involves supervising daily operations, training new staff, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction in our luxury boutiques.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of flagship retail store, department store or multi-unit retail management experience with annual sales of $5 million+.
  • 2+ years in leading a large and diverse retail sales team with a minimum of 10+ employees.

Abilities & Skills

  • Ability to live and work abroad on ships for 6 months continuously.
  • Ability to assess and develop talent, in order to build future leadership pipeline.
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels of onboard management.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Strong verbal and written English language skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
